As a full-time travel blogger for over nine years, I’ve been lucky enough to experience some of the most incredible hotels in the world, and despite staying in over 500 hotels and Airbnbs over my many years of travelling, the novelty of staying in a luxury hotel never wears off!
So, when we were very kindly invited to stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort in Vietnam as part of our third visit to one of our favourite countries in the world, I positively jumped at the chance!
Pullman Danang is actually the second Pullman Hotel I’ve been lucky enough to stay in, having spent two nights at the Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort back in 2023, and the sister property certainly did not disappoint!
It’s an absolute dream of a hotel and in my review below, I’ve covered everything you need to know about Pullman Danang Beach Resort!

Pullman Danang Beach Resort hotel
Pullman Danang Beach Resort is set upon the magnificent white-sand beach of Bac My An, with astonishing views out to sea. The hotel is just 15 minutes from Da Nang International Airport, a quick Grab from Da Nang city centre, as well as a short walk along the beach to many of the city’s incredible bars, restaurants, cafes, and clubs.
Upon checking into Pullman Danang Beach Resort, you’re immediately greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff who will go above and beyond to ensure that the whole process is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, including taking your bags to your room and providing you with a refreshing welcome drink!
As soon as we checked into our Deluxe Ocean View room (more on that below!), we headed straight back out to explore the hotel’s magnificent, sprawling grounds.
The property is set upon 4 hectares, with 186 guest rooms, suites, and cottages, as well as three on-site dining facilities! Pullman Danang also offers a vast array of amenities and facilities, plus several event spaces that can accommodate up to 1,000 people at a time, so if you’re thinking of getting married in Vietnam, Pullman Danang Beach Resort should be a serious contender for your venue!
Rooms & suites at Pullman Beach Resort Danang
As I mentioned above, there are 186 rooms, suites, and cottages available at Pullman Danang Beach Resort, including ocean view rooms, superior rooms, connecting family rooms, a penthouse suite, and one and two-bedroom cottages, which look absolutely idyllic and perfect for a romantic honeymoon retreat!
Deluxe Ocean View room
We were very kindly treated to a stay in one of the Deluxe Ocean View rooms at Pullman Danang Beach Resort, and a deluxe room it was!
Complete with an insanely comfortable queen size bed, a giant bathtub/waterfall shower, luxury C.O. Bigelow toiletries, individual bathrobes and slippers, complimentary bottled water, coffee/tea making facilities, mini bar, 43-inch flat screen TV, cosy corner sofa, desk and chair, black-out shutters, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a substantial wrap-around balcony with incredible views of the lush green lawns and water feature below, plus so much more!
I was truly blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that had gone into the room; it really is one of the most luxurious and beautiful places I’ve ever stayed and my only qualm is that we didn’t get to stay long enough!
The balcony was a particular favourite of mine, as it was so lovely to sit out and take in the fresh air, accompanied by those fantastic blue and green views!
Activities & facilities at Pullman Hotel Da Nang
As well as simply enjoying the confines and comforts of your stunning room at Pullman Danang Beach Resort, the hotel also offers numerous activities and facilities that you can enjoy, most of which are included in the price of your stay!
Infinity pool
The infinity swimming pool at Pullman Danang Beach Resort is definitely one of my favourite features of the entire hotel, and while it doesn’t look overwhelmingly substantial in pictures, it is absolute huge in real life!
The pool is located towards the end of the property, just steps before where the resort meets the beach, so you have a truly wonderful view of the beach and sea while swimming or relaxing in one of the many sun loungers.
Bac My An Beach
Another crown jewel of Pullman Danang Beach Resort is its close proximity to Bac My An Beach (My Khe Beach), which is one of my personal favourite beaches, and was even voted as one of the most attractive beaches in the world by Forbes!
While Pullman Danang doesn’t technically have its own private beach, its access and closeness to My Khe Beach certainly gives the illusion of a private beach, especially if you stay in the area around the hotel’s designated sun loungers and swings/hammocks.
The Nang Spa and Fit Lounge
If you’re looking for the ultimate relaxation vacation in Vietnam, you’ll be pleased to know that Pullman Danang Beach Resort has its very own spa, known as The Nang Spa, located just next to the Azure Beach Lounge, and the infinity pool.
While we didn’t get the chance to take advantage of the hotel’s spa facilities on this trip, I was super impressed by the spa menu available, as it includes everything from body massages, foot massages, hot stone massages, body wraps, body scrubs, and facials, as well as a dedicated jacuzzi room, steam room, and sauna!
Yoga classes
My fitness journey only really began when I turned the ripe old age of 27, so when we checked into Pullman Danang Beach Resort and were told that the hotel offers daily yoga classes, I was surprised to discover that I was excited to reserve my spot for one morning during our stay to take full advantage of all the wonderful complimentary guest amenities!
Yoga classes at Pullman Danang run daily from 6 AM to 7 AM during summer, and from 6.30 AM to 7.30 AM during winter, and you can book your slot at reception the day before the class.
Vietnamese coffee making class
Yet another incredible experience we got to take part in during our stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort was an authentic Vietnamese coffee making class, hosted at the Infinity Bar, just next to the hotel lobby/reception.
Our wonderful teacher, Vy, taught us how to make four quintessential Vietnamese coffees over the course of our session, including a traditional Vietnamese drip coffee, Saigon iced coffee, coconut coffee, and sea salt coffee.
As someone who hasn’t drank coffee since working as a barista at Starbucks when I was eighteen years old, I was a little apprehensive for the coffee-making class, however, Matt is a huge coffee fan, so I knew he would drink it if I didn’t!
It turns out, however, that I didn’t need to worry, as I thoroughly enjoyed every single coffee we made! While the traditional black coffee is still a little strong for my liking, the coconut coffee was absolutely perfect, and has reignited my enjoyment of coffee!
The Vietnamese coffee making classes at Pullman Danang are hosted daily from 2 PM to 5 PM at the Infinity Bar, and you can book your spot on the Vietnamese coffee making class for 350,000 VND per person on the Pullman Danang website.

Dining at Pullman Danang Beach Resort
The hotel food situation is never something that I typically concern myself with when travelling (unless the hotel includes breakfast as standard!), as I usually much prefer to head out and experience the local culinary scene of wherever I’m visiting.
However, when I discovered that Pullman Danang Beach Resort had three on-site dining facilities, I made it my mission to experience all three during our stay, and I’m so glad I did!
Restaurant Epice
Restaurant Epice is home to the hotel’s remarkable buffet breakfast, and it’s also open for lunch and dinner services, as well as Happy Hour from 5 PM to 7 PM daily, and Vietnamese cooking classes from 2 PM to 3.30 PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, and the indoor restaurant is absolutely enormous, as is the remarkable breakfast buffet spread; it might just be the biggest and most varied hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced!
You can get everything from local Vietnamese cuisine to Indian, Korean, Japanase, and plenty of other international cuisines, too. There’s even a dedicated egg station, plus a huge patisserie/bakery area, and a vast tea, coffee, and juice section!
We opted to enjoy our breakfast outside on the restaurant terrace each morning, which was such a special way to start the day.
Azure Beach Lounge
Azure Beach Lounge is conveniently located on the edge of the hotel, on the footsteps on the sprawling white-sand beach, making it an excellent choice for a romantic sundowner dinner.
We dined at Azure Beach Lounge on our first evening at Pullman Danang, and it was a wonderful way to begin our culinary exploration of the hotel. I opted for the classic margherita pizza, while Matt choose the fish and chips, and both dishes were absolutely delicious!
The restaurant itself is also beautifully decorated, and there’s also an outdoor dining area if you prefer to dine al fresco while on holiday!
Infinity Beach Bar
The Infinity Beach Bar is located at the very end of the property, on the beach itself, so you can enjoy spectacular views of the beach and sea while sipping on delicious cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, spirits, or soft drinks.
We enjoyed a delicious mocktail at Infinity Beach Bar, while sat on one of the beach cabanas as the sun went down, and it was one of my absolute favourite moments from our entire stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort!
