Mans Market Bottomless Brunch - The Best Chinese Food In Leeds

Are you looking for the best Chinese bottomless brunch in Leeds? Look no further than Mans Market Bottomless Brunch Leeds!

Bottomless brunch has become quite an obsession of mine in recent months, so when we were planning a girly weekend in Leeds the other week and my mum suggested we try the famous Mans Market bottomless brunch, an insanely popular Chinese restaurant in Leeds, I couldn’t wait to head there and try it out.

I’ve always been a huge fan of Chinese food and it’s probably my ultimate go-to takeaway food, and after all the incredible Chinese food we ate in the likes of Cambodia, Singapore and Vietnam, it’s safe to say that I’m pretty obsessed.

If you’re looking for an incredible Chinese restaurant in Leeds, you have to try Mans Market bottomless brunch! Unlimited Chinese food and bottomless fizz for two hours? Yes, please!

Mans Market Chinese restaurant is located right in the city centre of Leeds, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, so if you happen to have one too many bottomless cocktails while you’re there, you don’t have too far to walk when you’re stumbling back to the train station 😉.

Our booking was for 12 pm on a Saturday (Mans Market only offers their bottomless brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays) and when we arrived, it was relatively quiet but within half an hour, the place really started to fill up!

There were only four of us, but we were seated on a large booth/bench and were given “instructions” as to how the Mans Market bottomless brunch works. You’re given a little sign that says ‘feed me’ which you clip to a chain that dangles above the table anytime you need a refill on drinks or more food bringing over to the table.

The Chinese bottomless brunch at Mans Market offers numerous unlimited beverages throughout the two-hour time slot you get. Prosecco and house lager come as standard and are included within the £29 per person price of the bottomless brunch, but then you can choose to add bottomless bellinis for an additional £5 per person and bottomless cocktails for an additional £10 per person.

I was actually more than happy to just stick to prosecco as it’s probably my favourite alcoholic beverage, but the other three girls decided they wanted to try both the bellinis and cocktails, so I pinched a taste of theirs as well!

The bubblegum daiquiri cocktail was absolutely delightful and was served in such a huge glass! I couldn’t drink too many of these as they’re so incredibly sweet, but these were pretty much the only thing that my aunty drank and she absolutely adored them!

My mum and our friend Papps went for the Kobe Tai cocktails which are essentially Mans Market’s own version of a Pornstar Martini. I’m really not the biggest fan of Pornstar Martinis at all, but they both loved these and I actually lost count of how many they had between them 😉.

Now it’s time to get on to the stuff that you’re actually here for; the food!

The way that bottomless brunch works at Mans Market is that they bring you a selection of the Dim Sum sharers to start, which include a choice of giant prawn crackers and a ‘Mans sharing box’ that consists of spring rolls, salt and pepper chicken (SO good!), prawn sesame fingers and satay chicken skewers.

You then get sides of salt and pepper chips and broccoli with chilli and garlic. All these things are pretty much unlimited and you can order more of whatever you want simply by hanging the ‘feed me’ sign above the table.

The salt and pepper chips weren’t as good as I’d hoped, but the salt and pepper chicken was absolutely divine, as was the satay chicken. Mans Market Leeds certainly knows how to make some bloody scrumptious chicken dishes!

I don’t mind broccoli on a Sunday dinner, but it’s not something I’d consider ordering from a Chinese restaurant, but my mum said that it was heavenly, so much so, that she actually ordered an extra portion. Of broccoli!

Once you’ve made a good start on all those sharing dishes, you then choose one of Mans Market’s brunch boxes. These brunch boxes are intended as one per person as they come in individual boxes, but we did all share as we each got different flavours and wanted to try what everyone else had!

Each brunch box is served with a choice of steamed rice, egg fried rice or noodles for an additional £1. You can choose from:

  • Blackbean and pepper (chicken, beef or tofu)
  • Crispy chilli beef
  • Sweet and sour chicken
  • Around the world chicken curry
  • Duck and char siu

While the portions in the brunch box don’t look that big at all at first, I was actually blown away by just how much food is inside that little box; the portion size was absolutely huge!

My aunty and I opted for the crispy chilli beef with noodles which was honestly unbelievably delicious. I normally opt for chicken dishes at a Chinese restaurant or takeaway, but the crispy beef was truly divine and it’s making me so hungry to think about it now!

My mum and Papps went for the duck char siu with noodles which was also absolutely immense and again, we couldn’t get over how big the portions were!

I loved how you get so many different sharing dishes, as well as your own individual brunch box and I really can’t fault the food, service or atmosphere at Mans Market Leeds.

While it’s a little on the pricier side of bottomless brunch, especially if you add in the extra cocktails or bellinis, I really do think that it’s 100% worth the money and I already can’t wait to go back again!

If you’re looking for an unbeatable Chinese bottomless brunch in Leeds, you have to pay a visit to Mans Market!
