The Website links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
7. Digital products
We sell digital products such as travel guides and e-books (“Digital Products”) through our store platform, Payhip. The following terms apply to all purchases.
7.1 The contract
Your order is an offer to buy a Digital Product. The contract is formed when we (via Payhip) confirm your order. Product descriptions and prices are shown at the point of sale.
7.2 Price, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout in GBP. Where applicable, taxes such as VAT may be added or included in accordance with the rules of your location. Payhip and/or its payment processors may handle the calculation and collection of such taxes.
7.3 Payment
Payment is processed securely by Payhip and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
7.4 Delivery
Digital Products are delivered electronically (by download link and/or email) immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to have a device capable of opening the file (typically PDF).
7.5 Your right to cancel and its waiver (important)
Because Digital Products are supplied electronically:
- UK / EU consumers: You normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once download or access begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel. By completing your purchase and accessing the Digital Product, you give that consent and acknowledgement.
7.6 Faulty or misdescribed products
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (and equivalent consumer protection laws elsewhere), Digital Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a Digital Product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Please contact us at admin@imjustagirl16.co.uk and we will put it right.
7.7 Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a Digital Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sub-license, or reproduce it for others. Copyright remains with us.
7.8 No guaranteed outcomes
Our Digital Products provide information and suggestions. They do not guarantee any particular travel experience, saving, or outcome, and are not a substitute for official or professional advice.
