My love for Charlotte Tilbury seems to be never ending and with the latest addition to my collection being the Beauty Icons gift set, I don’t think my obsession is going to slow down anytime soon.
I received this beauty of a box for Christmas after lusting after it for so long and I was overjoyed when I unwrapped it on Christmas Day. The contents include products that I adore and I can’t wait to share my thoughts with you!
Charlotte Tilbury has been one of my favourite beauty brands for so many years now, and with the luxury packaging, stunning products and the rose gold finish, it’s not hard to see why.
The breathtaking set contains five of CT’s most coveted products; a full size Lip Cheat lip liner in ‘Pillow Talk’, a miniature K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick in ‘Penelope Pink’, a mini full fat lashes mascara, a mini Charlotte’s Magic Cream and the widely coveted mini version of the Wonder Glow face primer.
I was thrilled with the selection of products, having tried some sample sizes of the magic cream and the Wonder Glow primer before, as well as being a long time fan of the CT lipsticks; I couldn’t wait to give the products a whirl.
The Magic Cream is a highly indulgent moisturiser that I truly believe would work on any skin type. It’s the perfect sample size product for those wanting to try it out before they splurge out on a full size tub. The cream itself is thick and creamy and it instantly gives any lacklustre complexion a boost. It’s not necessarily a cream that I’d choose to use every single day, especially because of the pretty hefty price tag, but it’s ideal for using on days when your skin could use a little uplifting.
The Wonderglow beauty primer gives my entire face a radiant glow while completely smoothing out my complexion, giving it a flawless base for applying my makeup. It’s perfect for adding a bit of a pick-me-up to any tired and dull complexion. It works well under any foundation to create a flawless look; I’m honestly in love with this baby.
Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks are my all-time favourite lipsticks to use as they’re always so highly pigmented and long-lasting and Penelope Pink is no different. It’s a beautiful nude colour with gorgeous pink undertones and it’s truly lovely to wear. I don’t find it drying in the slightest and the colour suits me really well despite my slightly washed out complexion! It’s the ideal lipstick if you’re not quite brave enough to invest in a bolder shade from the CT collection.
Yet another widely loved product featured in the Beauty Icons giftset is the Lip Cheat lip liner in ‘Pillow Talk‘. Its velvety rich formula is gorgeous to use and it’s lush when used either alone or underneath another lipstick. Naturally, it works incredible when used with the beloved Pillow Talk lipstick and I know that it’s going to last me a long time as a little bit really does go a long way.
The full fat lashes mascara is a product that I’ve never really considered purchasin as I tend to stick to what I know when it comes to mascara. However, I have to say that this beauty is now a definite staple in my makeup collection. It claims to be a 5-in-1 mascara, offering to curl, separate, create volume, length and drama! I love the shape of the wand and the bristles are in no way harsh whatsoever; it really is a delightful mascara to use.
Have you tried any of the products that are included in the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Icons giftset? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter @imjustagirl_16.

What a beautiful gift set to open on Christmas morning, I’m super jealous! great to hear that the full fat lashes mascara made such an impression on you and has become a staple part of your routine, if it checks all of those 5 boxes, I am incredibly impressed! The magic cream sounds so indulgent and luxurious, I’d love to try that out! I have yet to try a product from Charlotte Tilbury’s range but I really must have a splurge at some point!

I got gifted this set before Christmas and honestly, it introduced me to the wonder glow which I am now obsessed with. Such a fab way to try out products without making a massive splurge!
Yay! I completely agree, it’s a fab set! X
I saw this set and was so tempted! It looks amazing and I really love the sound of the Primer in particular. I bought myself a Mac lipstick before chridtmas but I think next time I’ll be getting a Charlotte tilbury one to try out as I’ve heard amazing things x
You should definitely try out a CT one; they’re incredible! Xx
What a gorgeous set of products, and oh my that lippy looks so lush how dreamy!! The mascara also sounds pretty intriguing, Im the same and tend to shy away from trying new mascaras as I hate getting them and then them making my eyelashes so clumpy!

What a gorgeous gift to receive! Your photography is absolutely beautiful, and you’re so descriptive about the products! I have a CT lipstick, but sadly that’s all my collection is at the moment. I’m the same as you with mascaras, I tend to stick to what I know, but the full fat lashes sounds great!
